Marsabit District

Marsabit District is an administrative District in the Eastern Province of Kenya. Its capital town is Marsabit. The district has an population of 121,478 [1]
The district is located in northern Kenya. It borders the eastern shore of Lake Turkana.
Marsabit District has only one local authority, Marsabit county council.
The district is divided into six administrative divisions:
- Marsabit
- Gadamoji
- Laisamis
- Maikona
- Loiyangalani
- North Horr
The district has three constituencies: North Horr, Saku and Laisamis.
