Marma Adi

Marma Adi (Malayalam: മര്മ അദി) is the science of manipulating vital pressure points of the body. The word marma means pressure points, while adi means to hit. It's Tamil equivalent is called varma. This deadly art originated from the South Indian state of Kerala and is the highest form of Kalarippayattu.
