Marko Paasikoski

Marko Paasikoski (born June 10, 1978 in Kemi, Finland) is the bassist from the power metal band Sonata Arctica. He was a founding member of the band, originally playing as a second guitarist when they were still known as Tricky Beans, but left after their third demo recording. He returned after the Successor EP, when the band were in need of a bassist following Janne Kivilahti's departure.
He plays Warwick basses and names Frank Zappa, Steve Vai, Freak Kitchen, and Helloween as his biggest musical influences.
