Market Wire, a CCNMatthews Company, is a distributor of corporate press releases to thousands of media outlets including the Associated Press, Dow Jones & Company, Bloomberg, Reuters, Yahoo!, and MSNBC.

In April 2006, Market Wire joined with CCNMatthews in Canada to create a North America news distribution service.

In January 2005, Market Wire was selected as the North American newswire partner of the London Stock Exchange's Regulatory News Service ("RNS"), as well as the preferred partner of Deutsche Gesellschaft Fuer Ad-hoc-Publizitaet mbH ("DGAP"), which is a joint venture between the German Stock Exchange (Deutsche Boerse AG), Reuters AG and vwd GmbH.
