Mark Webber (born July 19, 1980 in Minneapolis, USA) is an American actor. He was raised by a single mother in the pauper neighbourhoods of North Philadelphia, often homeless, living in cars or abandoned buildings. Mark and his mother have been homeless advocates and aid volunteers for several years.
