Mark W. Izard

Mark Whitaker Izard (b. December 25th, 1799 – b. 1866) was a Arkansas democrat politician is best known for being the 3rd Governor of the Nebraska Territory . He was a member of both the Arkansas state senate and house and a delegate to the Arkansas state constitutional in 1836. He became the governor of the Nebraska Territory in 1855 to 1857. He died in 1866.
