Mark Tinley (b. March 18, 1963) is a guitarist, programmer, sound engineer and record producer who has worked with Adamski, Duran Duran and others.

Just before Christmas of 1988 his band Garden Of Eden struggled to number 93 in the UK Singles Chart, having sold 30,000 records, only to be pipped to number one some two weeks later by their secretary Rona Gift's brother Roland Gift and the Fine Young Cannibals, whose 1989 hit "She Drives Me Crazy" sold just 7,000 copies to attain its number one chart position.

Tinley then went on to work for his brother Adamski, first as a programmer, then as a sound engineer while touring Europe and the United States to promote the single "Killer".

In 1993 Tinley was introduced to Duran Duran by Rob Ferguson and has worked on five of their albums (The Wedding Album, Thank You, Medazzaland, Pop Trash, Astronaut) to date as well as producing The Dandy Warhols with Nick Rhodes and creating TV Mania with Rhodes and Warren Cuccurullo.

In 2005 Tinley took a career break to bring up his son, and as of 2006 he is living in Hartford, Huntingdon and building custom motorcycles to order.
