Mark Newgarden

Mark Newgarden is an American underground cartoonist. His work has appeared in alternative weekly newspapers like New York Press from 1988-1991. He also did work for Topps Co. on Garbage Pail Kids and Wacky Packages 1991 series stickers. The tenor of Newgarden's humor ranges from cruel absurdity to nose-thumbing satire to cool faux intellectualism. He lives in New York City.
