Mark McClelland was born in 1977 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. He was the co-founder of the band Snow Patrol along with Gary Lightbody. He was the bass guitarist and keyboardist. He was kicked out of the band after their 2003 album "The Final Straw" for creative differences.
