Mark Leonard

Mark Leonard is a British foreign policy thinker and the author of the book Why Europe Will Run the 21st Century (published in the US under the title 'Why Europe Will Run the 21st Century). He is currently the director of foreign policy at the London-based Centre for European Reform. Previously, he was the director of The Foreign Policy Centre, a think-tank he founded at the age of 24.

He writes monthly for The Observer's World View section and regularly in other publications.
