Mark Knowles (born September 4, 1971 in Nassau, Bahamas) is a professional male tennis player from the Bahamas. He has been most successful in doubles partnering Canadian Daniel Nestor. In the 2006 US Open, he was partnered with Renee Stubbs of the United States of America for a mixed doubles pair.

On July 5, 2006 Knowles participated in the longest match in Wimbledon history, lasting 6 hours and 9 minutes.
