From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mark Ingram is a former American Football wide receiver who played for the New York Giants (1987-1992), Miami Dolphins (1993-1994), Green Bay Packers (1995), and the Philadelphia Eagles (1996).

He played college football at Michigan State University, and was drafted in the first round (28th overall) in the 1987 NFL Draft.

He also caught four touchdowns in the famous "Clock Clock!" Game, including the game winner from Dan Marino on the Fake Spike.

Ingram is probably best known for a play in Super Bowl XXV in Jan. 1991 in which he eluded at least five Buffalo defenders to achieve a critical first down for the Giants to sustain a long touchdown drive.

His son, also named Mark, is a running back for the Grand Blanc (MI) High School Varsity football team.
