Mark Convery (born May 29, 1981 in Newcastle upon Tyne) is a footballer, currently playing for York City.
He started his career with Sunderland in 1999, where he played until 2001. He spent some of this time on loan in Denmark for Hvidovre. He was signed by Darlington, where he was a player for from 2001-2005. On 30 June 2005 he signed for York City.
He has been out of action since mid-October with a foot injury and it is now thought he has damaged a metatarsal, with a visit to a specialist expected to confirm another six-week lay-off.[2]
