John Mark Carrier (born October 28, 1965, in Lafayette, Louisiana), was a former American professional football player who was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 3rd round of the 1987 NFL Draft. A 6'0", 198 lbs. wide receiver from Nicholls State University, Carrier played in 12 NFL seasons from 1987-1998. A 1989 Pro Bowl selection for the Buccaneers, Carrier caught a career high 86 receptions for 1,422 yards and 9 touchdowns that year.
