Mark trained in Blake Norton, who shoewd him how to run the ropes and taught him moves.He made his debut at an IWW show as Mark Spirt in 2002,against Galldubh,who always beat him.He won one match in IWW against VicViper,then had a backstaghe shout match with american VidVain,leaving Mark crying a lot.The reason was Mark messed up a move in the ring and really hurt Vid.He was pined by Shae O Leary(sean south) in sevreal matches.Mark left IWW after his match against Charley Rage,where he no sold everything.

CPW made hteir debut after months&months.Mark used the Marc O'Bueno name for a small while here(not definite rumor says he would do a Henry Godwin tyoe gimmick where he carry a bucket to the ring adn have it full of melted choclate).Then he was Mark Burns(his name now),and he won 2 squish matches,then lost a tag match and left CPW.
