Mark Lewis Baldwin is a computer game developer, most noted for his work on The Perfect General and Empire Deluxe. He has three games on Computer Gaming World list of the best games of all time.
He has formerly been involved with the management of several games companies, including Quantum Quality Productions and Moto1 where he was vice-president and White Wolf Productions where he was CEO.
He has written a number of articles about game development including,
