Marjorie Vincent

Marjorie Judith Vincent from Oak Park, Illinois, the daughter of Haitian immigrants, was crowned Miss America 1991. She later went on to become a news anchor at WHOI (TV) in Peoria, Illinois and at the Ohio News Network.
