Mariusz Pawełek is a Polish goalkeeper who plays for Wisła Kraków. He was born on March 17, 1981 in Lubomia, Poland, is 185 cm tall and weighs 81 kg.

Mariusz Pawełek is sometimes called up as the third goalkeeper for the Polish national team, however Wojciech Kowalewski, Artur Boruc, Tomasz Kuszczak, Lukasz Fabianski and Jerzy Dudek would all have to be injured for him to get a start.

Pawełek lost his place in Wisła Kraków's starting eleven to Emilian Dolha in 2006.
