Marion Barton Skaggs

Marion Barton Skaggs (born April 5, 1888, Missouri; died May 8, 1976, Alameda County, California) (nicknamed M.B.) was a leading member of the Skaggs Family of retailers who grew the predecessor of Safeway into a major supermarket chain.
