Marine Corps Base Camp Smedley D. Butler (usually Butler Marine Base in Okinawa) is a United States Marine Corps base located in the Japanese prefecture of Okinawa.
It was named for legendary Marine Smedley D. Butler.
Camp Butler is a collection of smaller camps (or satellite locations) located throughout the Okinawan island. They are Camp Schwab, Camp Hansen, Camp Butler, Camp Kinser, MCAS Futenma, Camp Courtney, Camp McTureous, Camp Gonsalves, White Beach, and Camp Foster.
