Marie-Hélène Prémont (born January 1, 1980 in Quebec City, Quebec) is a Canadian cross country mountain cyclist. She won two silver medals in the 2004 world cup circuit (in Mount Saint Anne, Quebec and in Kaprun, Austria.) She also won a bronze in the 2003 world cup circuit in Fort William, Scotland. At the 2004 Summer Olympics she won a silver medal.
