Maribyrnong is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Maribyrnong. It is home to the Maribyrnong Immigration Detention Centre and also to Highpoint Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping centres in the country.

The number 57 tram provides public transport from the Flinders Street Station in the city to Cordite Avenue, West Maribyrnong. The number 82 tram provides public transport from Moonee Ponds (Ascot Vale Road / Puckle Street) to Footscray (Leeds Street / Irving Street). It is one of Melbourne's very few tram routes which does not travel through the Melbourne CBD.
The suburb adjoins the Maribyrnong River Trail, which is used by commuting and recreational cyclists along the Maribyrnong River.
