Marianne Gaba (born 13 November 1939 in Chicago) is an American model and beauty queen. She was Miss Illinois USA 1957 Playboy magazine's playmate of the month for its September 1959 issue.

Gaba grew up in Chicago and attended USC for two years. In 1957 she represented Illinois at the Miss USA pageant held in Long Beach, California. Gaba placed in the top fourteen in the national pageant, which was won by Mary Leona Gage (who would later reign in the midst of a scandal).

She later wrote a gossip column for TV and Movie Screen magazine and pursued a film career, mostly appearing in B-movies and series television. For a time, Gaba dated Ricky Nelson.
