Maria Whittaker

Maria Whittaker (born October 7, 1969) in Hounslow West London is a former English Page three girl of the 1980s.
A former topless model, she was named Page 3 "Girl Of The Year" in 1989. Following her modeling days Maria spent some time singing for the short-lived band The Rhythm Zone, and at one point was seeing a rapper called Rebel MC.
She also appeared in the films: Tank Malling (1989). Whoops Apocalypse (1986) .... Pin-Up Girl Maria released a single called ' Stop Right Now ' ca. 1990
She is most known among the adolescents of that time posing for the packaging for the computer game Barbarian along with Michael Van Wijk (aka 'Wolf') from the Gladiators show. They were also both used for promoting the sequel Barbarian 2. In a recent issue of Retrogamer magazine, Palace Software (the company who released the Barbarian games) stated that should Barbarian 3 have been released they would have used model Debee Ashby for reasons that were not given.
Maria also appeared on the Amiga Computer in the Strip-Poker-Game "Marias X-mas Box" by Anco Software.
Her good friend and fellow Page 3 partner was Tracy Kirby, from the same period.
Maria is married with two children. She has a brother David who is a accountant in Londons financial district.
