Maria Thayer (born October 30, 1975 in Boring, Oregon) is an actress best known for her roles as Rory in Accepted and Tammi Littlenut in Strangers with Candy. She also played Grace and Leo's daughter, Laila (at age 18), in the series finale of Will & Grace (May 2006). She also dated actor Rey-Phillip Santos.
