Marcus Rose (born 12 January 1957) is a former England rugby union international full back who gained ten caps between 1981 and 1987.
He was educated at Loughborough Grammar School and Cambridge University. He played for Coventry R.F.C. and Harlequins. He made his England debut in the 1981 Five Nations championship, replacing Dusty Hare in the team against Ireland. He then played against France and Australia but was then out of the team for five years until 1987. He made some more appearances in and toured Australia but was injured after five minutes of play, which would prove to be his last game in an England shirt.
