Marco Pacella is a fictional character on the USA Network science fiction The 4400.

Marco is in charge of NTAC's theory room, and is the one who proposed that each 4400 would cause a ripple effect. He developed a relationship with Diana during the season 2 finale, "Mommy's Bosses," but she called it off for fears it wasn't real enough in the season 3 episode "Blink."

Maia predicted Marco's future death in her diary; when he read about it, he thought that it was "actually pretty cool."
