Marcel Mariën

Marcel Mariën (1920 - 1993) was a Belgian surrealist, (later situationist), poet, essayist, photographer, filmmaker*, and maker of objects. Initiator of étrécissements. Wrote the first monograph on René Magritte. He was a close friend of Paul Nougé.
