Marc Sullivan

Marc Cooper Sullivan (born July 25, 1958 in Quincy, Massachusetts) was a former Major League Baseball player.

Sullivan was a catcher who played for parts of five seasons with the Boston Red Sox. He is the son of former Red Sox General Manager Haywood Sullivan and was selected by his father in the second round of the 1979 amateur draft.

Sullivan managed only a lifetime batting average of .186 and five home runs in 360 at bats. He was traded to the Houston Astros in 1987 but never appeared in a game for them and was out of baseball by the age of 30.
