Marc Bourdeau, Canadian pianist, chamber musician, accompanist, vocal coach.

Bourdeau studied in Montreal, Geneva, New York and London with Yvonne Hubert, Béla Síki, Maria Curcio, Paul Hamburger, Roger Vignoles and Martin Katz.
He has performed in concert and on CD with some of the finest Canadian musicians of his generation, including singers Jean-François Lapointe, Agathe Martel, Kevin McMillan, Brett Polegato, Sharon Coste and Karina Gauvin. He has performed in North and South America, Europe and Asia, with engagements at the Ravinia, Montpellier, Stuttgart, Verbier, Bath, Lanaudière, Nagoya, Sendai and Maracaibo festivals, and has collaborated in masterclasses with illustrious singers Peter Schreier, Thomas Hampson, Jorma Hynninen and Hughes Cuénod.
He has given instrumental and vocal workshops and masterclasses at the Royal College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music in London, the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, the Summer Vocal Academy of the Victoria Conservatory, the Atelier Lyrique of l’Opéra de Montréal and the Canadian Vocal Arts Institute. Bourdeau was a guest professor at the Conservatoire Neuchâtelois, in Switzerland.
