Marílson Gomes dos Santos (Brasília, August 8, 1977) is a Brazilian runner; winner of the 2006 New York City Marathon, with a time of 2:09:58. He is the first South American to win the marathon.

In 2003 and 2005, Gomes won the Saint Silvester Marathon, a 15km race held in São Paulo, Brazil.
