As a promotional photo, the image is released by the copyright holder for public use such as this.
The image illustrates the band Marilyn Manson as of 2002, and therefore adds significantly to the Marilyn Manson (band) article.
No free or public domain images have been located for this subject.
The image is of lower resolution and quality than the original photo and any copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
