Mapex Drums

Mapex Drums is a drum-making company which is a branch of KHS Musical Instruments. KHS was founded in 1930 and has grown to be one of the largest musical instrument producers in the world today. That remarkable growth is a result of designing, engineering and building the highest quality products without compromise. The company is still not as well known as Tama, Pearl, Ludwig and DW. However, the name is becoming more popular among drummers

Mapex produces 7 different lines of drums: the introductory Q and QR series, the VX, the M Birch, the Pro M, the Saturn, and the award-winning ^{[citation needed]} Orion.
