this map forgets Darfur and Northern Ireland —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.147.98.179 (talkcontribs).

Indonesia is a very large country. It would be appropriate only to mark the areas with active conflict like Aceh and maybe Timor. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 81.171.16.240 (talk • contribs).

perhaps it would be better to use dots rather than colour countries, to show exactly where the conflict areas are? --Astrokey44 12:18, 27 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Moldova

What armed conflict, exactly, is going on currently in Moldova? --NEMT 21:24, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

Apparently, the map refers to the War of Transnistria. However, that is not an ongoing armed conflict, so I think it should be removed. Transnistria is more like a frozen conflict zone, with no active fighting going on. Ronline 10:14, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Chechnya

and it definately has forgotten chechnya!

Eh, unless we are looking at different maps or something, I think Chechnya is on this map. --Hibernian 00:59, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
Chechnya is not an independent state, perhaps that's why. Are internal insurrections supposed to be included? --NEMT 06:54, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
Well like I said before, if you look at the map it does seem to have Chechnya on it. Maybe we are not looking at the same map, here's the one I'm talking about [1]. From that it seems to be there to me (in-case you can't locate it, it's right above Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, which is above the Iraq and Kurdistan Conflicts). --Hibernian 10:09, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
umm, is this page deleted or not? The image tab is red and when I go there I get nothing. But when I follow other links here the maps is shown.--God Ω War 03:00, 25 September 2006 (UTC)
