Manwich is a brand name canned sloppy joe product produced by ConAgra Foods, Inc. and Hunt's introduced in 1969. The can contains seasoned tomato sauce that is added to cooked ground beef in a skillet. It is marketed as a quick and easy one-pan meal for the whole family.

Manwich Heat & Serve was introduced in 2004. It contains both the seasoned tomato sauce and ground beef in a microwavable bowl. The concept is similar to Easy Mac.

The phrase most commonly associated with this product is: "A sandwich is a sandwich, but a Manwich is a meal."


A modern commercial uses the jingle,

"Momma don't make me another meatloaf,
forget the Mac 'n' Cheese.
I want a fun pile on a bun,
I want a Manwich please."

Manwich was also the pseudonym used by Mark Edge, a co-host of a libertarian talk show called Free Talk Live until May 18th, 2006.

"Manwich" is also a slang term for a sandwich with a great amount of filling; a Dagwood sandwich.

On an episode of Futurama, Hermes is eating a manwich. Bender takes it and uses it as bait, causing Hermes to cry "My manwich!"
