Manuel Cardoni

Manuel Cardoni (born 22 September 1972) is a retired Luxembourgian football player. A midfielder, Cardoni played for US Rumelange, Bayer Leverkusen (one game), and Jeunesse Esch. Cardoni won 69 caps and scored five goals for the Luxembourg national team, which he captained.

Cardoni won Luxembourg's 'Best Footballer of the Year' (Meilleur Footballeur de l'année) award four times. He now serves as an ambassador for the Special Olympics.
