Mantralaya is a town in Andhra Pradesh, India. It lies on the banks of the Tungabhadra river. The Samadhi of Guru Raghavendra Swami, a Madhwa saint and follower of Sri Madhwaacharya is at Mantralaya ( Mantralayam ). The nearest railway station is Mantralayam Road which is ten kilometres from Mantralaya. The station is on the Raichur - Bangalore route. Thousands of piligrims visit Mantralaya every year. There are frequent bus services from Raichur and Bellary both in Karnataka.
