Manteigas (pron. IPA: [mɐ̃'tɐigɐʃ]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 122.0 km² and a total population of 3,900 inhabitants.

The municipality is composed of 4 parishes, and is located in the District of Guarda.

The present Mayor is José Francisco Gomes Monteiro, elected by the Social Democratic Party.

The municipal holiday is March 4.
