Mantaro Muscle

Mantaro Muscle (nickname Kid Muscle), known in the original Japanese versions as Mantaro Kinniku (キン肉万太郎, Kinniku Mantarou?), is a fictional character from the manga Ultimate Muscle (Kinnikuman Nisei). In the anime he is voiced by Masaya Onosaka (Marc Thompson in the english dub).

Mantaro is the son of Suguru Muscle (Suguru Kinniku) and Belinda (Bibinba), the king and queen of Muscle Planet (Kinniku Planet). He is named after Ultraman Taro (Ultraman + Taro). Mantaro's favorite wrestling move is his father's signature move, the Muscle Buster (known in the Japanese version as the Kinniku Buster a.k.a. the Mexican Stretch Buster, and currently known in TNA as the Muscle Buster, which the move was named in the dub of the anime), which he wins many of his wrestling matches with until he gains his own signature move, the Muscle Millennium, which peaks when he gets the strength of his hereditary Ultimate Muscle Power. However, Mantaro prefers not to fight due to his laziness.

Mantaro is usually the trumph card in the team and is also usually the last to fight(in any battle the fight is spearheaded by Terry or Wally before Kid actually comes in. Other times a random character takes his partners' place, often ending up killed or injured to the point of losing consciousness.). His finisher move for the first half of the series was his father's trademark Kinniku Buster, but as the series progressed nearly every enemy gains, in one way or another, a counter technique to the Kinniku buster. At about half point Mantaro leaves his father's shadow and make a name for himself by developing his own trademark move, the Muscle Millennium. After he mastered the new move he is almost never seen again using the Kinniku Buster. In the final episode of the series, Mantaro creates another signature move to defeat Kevin Mask, who has trained himself vigilantly to overcome the Muscle Millenium. This move, named Muscle Gravity, is somewhat of a variant on the Kinniku Buster and helps him defeat Kevin Mask.

Although he has two devastating moves the most memorable tactic Mantaro has ever used is wetting himself when he gets scared. Needless to say the opponent is both disgusted by this act and cautious about getting close. Other opponents are downright scared by this as they are neat-freaks. Mantaro also has a habit of breaking into song halfway into a match(see below for the song). Another of his memorable acts are his entrances. Normally he would be dragged into the ring by Meat. Other times he would try to act cool by getting in a ridiculous get-up to mirror the opponent(who almost always have a spectacular entrance). Needless to say Mantaro is boo-ed and hissed until he gets the point(which take quite a while actually). These are usually attempts to impress his love, Rinko(Roxanne in the dub), which usually does anything but impress her.

Mantaro's favorite girl is Roxanne (Rinko Nikaido). Roxanne hates being kissed by Mantaro, which lead into some troubles. His favorite food is kalbi bowl along with his accompanying song: "With my rice I like to have some cow, cow, cow, it tastes so very good, I don't know how, how, how, it's my favorite form of chow, chow, wow, oooooooowww, EAT NOW!", he almost always reluctantly participate in every fight except when he wants to avenge one of his friends. He also seem to love sushi and sashimi along with various other seafoods but almost never turns down anything edible.
