Mansfield is a town in Douglas County, Washington, United States. It is part of the 'Wenatchee, Washington Metropolitan Statistical Area'. As of the 2000 census Mansfield's population was 328.

Mansfield was officially incorporated on February 23, 1911.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 319 people, 148 households, and 95 families residing in the town. The population density was 397.3/km² (1,026.7/mi²). There were 168 housing units at an average density of 209.2/km² (540.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 94.04% White, 0.63% Native American, 1.57% from other races, and 3.76% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.45% of the population.
There were 148 households out of which 25.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 54.1% were married couples living together, 6.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.8% were non-families. 30.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 14.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.16 and the average family size was 2.63.
In the town the population was spread out with 21.9% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 24.5% from 25 to 44, 26.0% from 45 to 64, and 21.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 85.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 87.2 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $28,750, and the median income for a family was $42,500. Males had a median income of $38,125 versus $21,667 for females. The per capita income for the town was $17,368. About 13.3% of families and 17.1% of the population were below the poverty line, including 19.7% of those under age 18 and 6.3% of those age 65 or over.
