A Filipino martial art performed without weapons, Mano Mano is the empty-hand part of Kombatan.

The word mano is the Spanish word for hand and refers to the empty (unarmed) hands of the fighter.

Mano Mano, the deadly art of self-defense is a combination of different Filipino Martial Arts. Mano Mano is a very well rounded type of martial arts that covers all different ranges of combat. The students of this art required the highest level of skills and have to prove their dedication, sincerity, humbleness, and must conduct themselves in a gentlemanly manner in order to achieve the black belt.
