Manners Suck

Manners Suck is an episode in the fictional animated series Beavis and Butt-head. It was in series four (1994) and is available on DVD as part of The Mike Judge Collection Volume 1.
Mr. Van Dreissen explains that certain parents have complained about kids not showing manners, and they want the school to teach them. Mr. Van Dreissen then introduces a smartly dressed man named Mr. Manners (voiced by David Spade). As he speaks, Beavis and Butt-head are oblivious and interrupt by making rude sounds. He then explains that that is a bad example of manners. He then needs volunteers for a presentation. Mr. Manners picks Beavis and Butt-head. They are put in a scene in a restaurant with Beavis as a waiter and Butt-head as a customer. Not taking it seriously, Mr. Manners becomes extremely angry and strangles Beavis (after Beavis accuses Mr. Manners of sexually molesting him). Mr. Van Dreissen (having taken a break) returns shouting at Mr. Manners. They get in a fight while Beavis and Butt-head laugh.
