Mankranso is a town in Ghana. It is the capital of Ahafo Ano South District.

Many believe Mankranso to be the heart of Ghana. This is partly due to its overwhelming African cheese factor. Other factors are the Angeyliko river which flows through part of the Jipreyko tribe's homeland. Many famous footballers hail from Mankranso such as Mohammed Dylinko and Geremi Rey-tenko.
