The Manila Industrial Commercial Athletics Association is a former basketball league for amateur players from 1938 to 1972.The league has teams and has so many basketball legends.The league was founded in 1938 with Carlos Loyzaga as a main superstar of the league. This was the first league of Basketball in the Philippines before Philippine Basketball Association came in 1975.The league ended in 1972 due to Martial Law.
