Manfred Bloor is a fictional character in the Children of the Red King series.
Manfred is a 18 year old teaching asistant at Bloors' Acadamy. He, his father, and great-grandfather all live at Bloors'. His grandfather lives outside the city in a cottage with his adopted aunt Naren and Manfred's step-grandmother Meng. Although he acts macho Manfred is very spineless. He was miserable when his mother, Dorthy de Vere, used the time twister to go back to the night manfred smashed her hand. This was proved when Manfred yelled, "Mommy!" and again in book 4. In his office manfred has a picture of him and his parents from when he was younger.
