Mandrolic - adjective defining a long and tortuous act performed by hand rather than automatically

For example, when referred to within the workplace, can be contextualised in use by comparing with automated rather than manual tasks. An individual may spend their entire day applying sticky labels to an envelope when this could just as well be automated by use of a printer, and is therefore mandrolic.

Few external references to mandrolic exist. Those that do [1] simply make use of the term rather than providing it with further definition.
