Manchester Daily Express

The Manchester Daily Express is a free daily newspaper serving Manchester, New Hampshire. The Daily Express began May 22, 2006, and publishes five days a week.
It is owned by Hippo Press LLC, the same company that produces the free arts and entertainment weekly The Hippo. The publisher is Jody Reese.
A statement by Reese said, "Our aim is to provide a readable, reliable, and local newspaper for anyone who calls Manchester home, does business here, or has an interest in the city. The Express will cover local news, politics, business, development, crime, education, and people."
According to an article in the Concord Monitor, The Express has a circulation of 3,000 with plans to expand to 9,000.
The Express is printed by the Concord Monitor (a fact which was not included in several Monitor articles about the Express).
