Manabu Kitabeppu (北別府学 Kitabeppu Manabu?), (born July 12, 1957) is a former Japanese baseball player of the Hiroshima Carp of Japan's Central League.
He was one of most famous Japanese right-handed pitchers.
He was born in Soo, Kagoshima.
He was known as the "Precision Machine" (精密機械 Seimutsu-Kikai?) because from his perfect control pitching.
And his nick name was "Pei-San"(ペイさん).
He led his team into five Japan Series and winning three title (1979, 1980 and 1984).
