Man's Myth Vol. 1 is the first of a two-album set by Twiztid. The second album in the set is Mutant Vol. 2. It's 41:33 in length and was released on June 28th, 2005. The album is meant to show the various myths enbedded in today's society, and how they affect our thinking.

- The CD also came with a DVD, as did Mutant Vol. 2 . This DVD contains footage of Twiztid performing at the 2004 Gathering of the Juggalos and an interview of Twiztid's discography by Twiztid.
