Hello,
My name is Thom Simmons and I currently reside on the Kapiti Coast.
I use the handle ”Malangthon” for sentimental reasons but am by no means the only person out there doing so.
I read widely in history, biological sciences, and theology and have advanced degrees in language and clinical sciences. I have spent most of the last 30 years teaching. I specialise in teaching English as a foreign/second/other language abd have done so for the last 18 years in North America, Oceania, and Western, South East & Eastern Asia.
I am currently reviewing the pages in Wikipedia concerned with language related areas, education (cognition & teaching), local lore & issues, and history.
